The M'steel range is designed for use on all cooktops, including induction, and is safe for metal utensils.

Prior to first use, the pan requires seasoning by cleaning with very hot water to remove the beeswax coating used to prevent rusting and expedite the seasoning process. If any wax residue remains, a paper towel can be used to wipe the hot pan clean. To season, the bottom of the pan should be covered with a flavorless oil and heated for 5 minutes, then allowed to cool before draining the oil and wiping clean with paper towels. Repeating this process a second time will result in the pan acquiring a natural non-stick property.

After cooking, the pan should be hand-washed in hot water, wiped with a soft sponge, and thoroughly dried to prevent rusting. Dish soap should be avoided, and the black layer that forms on the bottom of the pan should not be removed, as it will create a solid, non-stick surface. Proper storage in a dry area is essential.
