In 1830, in the village called Villedieu-les-Poeles, Mr. Ernest Mauviel established Mauviel1830, a company that caters to both home cooks and commercial businesses. Mauviel1830 remains a 100% family business, now managed by a 7th generation female leader, who upholds the original values.

Introducing the M'150S, the art of perfection. This true innovation presents models that combine copper and 18/10 stainless steel, conferring the cumulative advantages of both materials. The perfect thermal conductibility and light maintenance make it a gem in culinary technology. This range, perfectly adapted for daily use, seduces both top chefs and novices with its technical prowess.

The polished copper exterior offers superior control, heating evenly and much faster than other metals, while the stainless steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, and is easy to clean. This high-performance combination of copper and stainless steel enhances the pleasure of cooking.

The cast stainless steel handles stay cool during use, and every piece features pouring rims. Though not dishwasher safe, the M'150S can be used on all cooking surfaces - gas, electric, halogen stovetops, and in the oven. It can also be used on induction stovetops with a separate Mauviel induction interface disc.

Proper care is essential - do not use high heat for extended periods, do not leave an empty pan on a heated burner, and avoid the dishwasher and metal utensils on the non-stick surface. The use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, and oven cleaners is not recommended, as they can scratch or damage the cookware.

The M'150S, made in Villedieu-les-Poeles, Normandie, France, has a maximum temperature recommendation of 60% of the stovetop's full heating power. The 6-qt. Rondeau/Braiser Pan measures 11-inches in diameter and 3.5-inches in height.

Mauviel is the leading cookware manufacturer for professional and household chefs worldwide, renowned for its high-performance products made of traditional copper and stainless steel. The M'150S, with its perfect thermal conductibility and light maintenance, is a true gem in culinary technology, capable of enhancing the cooking experience for users at all levels of expertise.
